Organic Wormwood (Artemisia Absinthium)

Meet Wormwood – your body’s bold botanical ally! Known for centuries as one of the most powerful herbs in natural wellness, wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) is a bitter, earthy powerhouse that doesn't just sit quietly on your shelf — it gets to work.

What wormwood can do for you

  • Anti-parasitic Properties — it helps cleanse the digestive system and flush out unwanted invaders (yes, we’re talking about parasites!). If you're looking to hit the reset button on your gut, wormwood is here to help rebalance and support a healthier, cleaner internal environment.
  • Supports Digestive Health – Stimulates bile production, enhances digestion, and eases bloating or discomfort after meals. A little bitter can go a long way!
  • Ignites Metabolic Function – Encourages healthy liver function and metabolism, helping your body naturally detox and energize.
  • Immune-Boosting Properties – Antioxidants and natural antimicrobial compounds help support your immune system to fight off the bad guys.
  • Mental Clarity & Focus – Traditionally used to stimulate mental clarity and reduce brain fog. A sharp mind starts with a clean gut.
  • Calms Inflammation – Its natural compounds may help ease inflammation and discomfort, both in the gut and throughout the body.

Whether you’re starting a cleanse, supporting your immune system, or just want to feel a little more “you” again, wormwood has your back (and your belly).

Bitter, bold, and beautifully effective – wormwood is wellness with an edge.

Wormwood is a very potent herb, so a little goes a long way. Here’s a safe and simple way to prepare it as a tea:

    • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of dried organic wormwood herb
    • 1 cup of hot (not boiling) water
    • Place the dried wormwood in a tea infuser or teapot.
    • Pour hot water (just under boiling) over the herb.
    • Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes — the longer it steeps, the more bitter and potent it becomes.
    • Strain and sip slowly. You can sweeten with a bit of honey or blend with milder herbs like peppermint or chamomile to balance the flavor.

    ⚠️ Usage Tips:

    • Drink no more than 1 cup per day, and only for up to 2 weeks at a time, unless otherwise advised by a healthcare provider.
    • Due to its strong bitter taste and potency, it’s best taken with intention and care.
