    • 8–10 oz of boiling water

    • Bring 8–10 oz of fresh, clean water to a full boil.
    • Place 1–2 teaspoons of dried yarrow into a heat-safe mug, teapot, or infuser.
    • Pour boiling water over the yarrow. Cover with a lid or saucer to trap the medicinal oils and vapors—this is essential for preserving the herb’s healing compounds.
    • Let it steep for 10–15 minutes for a gentle tea or up to 20 minutes for a stronger infusion.
